Job Description
We at IDMC limited are looking for young, dynamic and talented Sales & Marketing Professional for position in our Sales & Marketing-Non-Food (Refrigeration) department where a person would be responsible for mentioned roles and responsibilities: -
1.Support implementation and execution of sales and marketing initiatives through development of proposals pertaining to respective segment in as per the requirements of Lead – Sales & Marketing
2.Thoroughly read, understand and comprehend the RFP / Tender documents in order to understand the documentation and any other specific requirements
3.Coordinate with Lead – Sales & Marketing, Design, R&D and other teams on need basis for development of the proposal / tender documents
4.Coordinate with Sourcing – Specialized Equipment / Products for obtaining timely quotes for incorporating them in the proposals / quotes
5.Ensure accuracy of the general information provided in the proposal document pertaining to IDMC
6.Scan the environment for any potential business opportunities and undertake preliminary analysis of the viability of the same and update Lead- Sales & Marketing about it
7.Check for all legal and regulatory compliances mentioned in the RFP / Tender documents and ensure adherence to the same
8.Interact with client / customer to seek clarification on the tender / RFP document
9.Maintain all documentation related to proposal submitted, its drawings and all related information 10.Obtain various completion certificates / references from Projects Teams (Documentation Team) so that they can be cited in the proposals as reference
11.Ensure appropriate prioritization of proposals in order to effectively manage the deadlines for submissions
12.Conduct basic research on the potential opportunity and gather relevant data to provide insights on customer’s requirements and utilize it to design customized proposals for each opportunity
13.Constantly monitor market trends, customer requirements and information on competitor organizations to ensure market competitiveness
14.Follow up with client / Seniors on the submitted proposal, analyze the result, obtain feedback from client / seniors and incorporate suggestion for improvements
15.Maintain database of all sales initiatives, processes, documents and highlight issues, concerns to seniors
16.Maintain a database of all proposals, customer insights and regulatory requirements to create a comprehensive knowledge repository to be used for future business development activities
