Job Description
 • Obtain data about completed projects from Projects departments / Sales & Marketing teams and initiate customer feedback survey

Responsible for contacting customers for their feedback, problem resolutions and relationship maintenance and help organization create a strong customer focus culture. Provide required support in conducting corporate communications related activities as per plan. 
• Receive customer calls pertaining to feedback, complaints, service and/or repairs 
• Note down the relevant details from customers and pass on the information to relevant department for resolution of complainants / requests
• Assign Ticket No. (in IT system) to customer’s complaint / request and assign to relevant department for its resolution
• Follow up internally to ensure timely resolution of customer’s complaint / request 
• Update the status (in IT system) to customer’s complaint / request after closure or escalate to higher authorities for further investigate
• Occasionally, contact customers for promotions, schemes or other information on behalf of the organization
• Maintain a central repository of customer data 
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback time to time and analyse the results
• Co-ordinate corporate communications related activities as and when required and provide required support.
